Handmade Nature of Products

All lamps are handmade and one of a kind. Slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults. Product photos are representative — your lamp may vary slightly.

Orders & Payment

An order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full. A confirmation email will be sent after successful payment.

Production Queue

All orders enter the queue in the order they are received. Estimated timelines are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Pricing

Prices are as listed at the time of checkout. Rosie Makes Lamps reserves the right to update pricing at any time; the price at the time of your order will always be honoured.

Liability

Rosie Makes Lamps is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of our products beyond what is required by law. Lamps are designed for decorative use and should be used in accordance with standard electrical safety guidelines.
