Made-to-Order Items

Because every lamp is handmade specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your lamp arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will work with you to find the best resolution — whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, or as long as production has not yet begun. After 48 hours or once making has started, we are unable to cancel as materials and time will already be committed to your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
